{"id":21394,"date":"2015-09-15T16:49:40","date_gmt":"2015-09-15T16:49:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/waitesmith.org\/?p=21394"},"modified":"2016-04-10T09:36:43","modified_gmt":"2016-04-10T09:36:43","slug":"dollhouse-tarot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/waitesmith.org\/index.php\/legacy\/dollhouse-tarot\/","title":{"rendered":"Dollhouse Tarot"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]One would think <em>(well, I would . . .)<\/em>\u00a0that the Dollhouse tarot decks and their cute little boxes reign as champion of the title &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/waitesmith.org\/index.php\/2015\/09\/15\/the-merrimack-deck\/\">World&#8217;s Tiniest Tarot Deck<\/a>,&#8221; having displaced the <a href=\"http:\/\/waitesmith.org\/index.php\/2015\/09\/15\/the-merrimack-deck\/\">Merrimack<\/a> (and later <a href=\"http:\/\/waitesmith.org\/index.php\/2015\/09\/15\/b-shackman\/\">B. Shackman<\/a>) versions. I recall seeing a tarot card painted on a grain of rice a few years back, but not being able to locate the image or verify this, let&#8217;s call it a red herring at the moment; until someone does and vindicates my rather dubious claim.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>These amazing dollhouse tarot decks <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=dollhouse+tarot+decks&amp;newwindow=1&amp;client=safari&amp;rls=en&amp;biw=1203&amp;bih=688&amp;tbm=isch&amp;tbo=u&amp;source=univ&amp;sa=X&amp;ved=0CDwQsARqFQoTCJSZ-eHH_ccCFQc1iAodXKUN6w#imgrc=meq96MOdd3aR6M%3A\">come in different flavors<\/a> (above is a sampling of the <em>Alice in Wonderland Tarot<\/em>) and\u00a0are manufactured in various sizes by various artists, from full decks to just a few for decorative purposes. While they are a challenge to shuffle unless you live in a tree and make delicious cookies for a giant corporation, they are workable like lottery cards, where you can mush them around in a pile (this method of shuffling is covered in\u00a0<em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/The-Easiest-Way-Learn-Tarot\/dp\/1419692887\">The Easiest Way to Learn\u00a0the Tarot\u2014EVER!!<\/a><\/em> by the way). What I like about these, other than the sheer novelty of them, is that a well-crafted deck can let you years and be tucked into any small pocket for instant readings or manifestation anywhere you happen to be.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tiny little tarot cards smaller than a dime.
